No refunds or cancellations on purchases made through our website will be processed. However, if there is any damage caused to products during transit, upon verification, we will promptly dispatch replacement within 3-5 business days subject to availability.

Please note that we will request for an unboxing video in order to verify damaged product claims.

Standard Shipping time is 2-3 working days to dispatch from the date of purchase and 1-8 days of transit depending on the destination for delivery of order.

In case an order can not be delivered for any reason after being dispatched (customer refusal, shipping delays, force majeure etc.), refunds will be processed in two working days of the return of the shipment getting delivered to us.
